Naetal Skincare offers botanical skincare products intended for cosmetic use only.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, consistency, scent, botanical appearance, or packaging may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product, promotion, pricing, or service at any time without prior notice.

For first-time customers, we recommend purchasing our Discovery Set or visiting one of our authorized retail partners to test available samples before purchasing full-size products.

Individual skin reactions, sensitivities, allergies, and product results may vary. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your personal use.

Limitation of Liability

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, Naetal Skincare does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have left our fulfillment centre, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Naetal Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, labour disruptions, government actions, postal interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), or other governmental charges imposed by their country.

 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to our brand name, trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos, educational materials, written content, website design, product descriptions, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Naetal Skincare and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
