Absolutely! We are 100% free from toxins, fillers, artificial colours, fragrances, or synthetic chemicals. Each ingredient serves a purpose in each of the products.

Our butters are purely oil-based and preservatives-free. As they do not have any water content, no preservatives are required. Please ensure butters are kept away from humidity, heat and sunlight. Best to use before 6-9 months from opening. 

Our serum is water-based and uses a combination of natural preservatives.  It is free of synthetic preservatives, such as phenoxyethanol and parabens.

Our baths contain only dry ingredients and have no preservatives. Please keep away from humidity, heat and sunlight. 

All our butters are preservatives-free and freshly made in small batches.  Keep in a cool area and away from humidity and direct sunlight. We recommend using them up within 6 months from your purchase date.    

Our water-based serum uses natural preservatives. We recommend using it up within 12 months after your purchase date.  

Our baths contain dry ingredients. Store in a dry area and avoid moisture inside the packaging. We recommend using them up within 12 months of opening.

The Original Serum and our Butters work beautifully together, but they serve different purposes.

The Original Serum is a water-based formula designed to deliver lightweight hydration with triple molecular weight hyaluronic acid and colloidal oatmeal.

Our Butters are oil-based formulas designed to seal in moisture, nourish dry skin, and help support the skin barrier.

For best results, apply the Original Serum first onto slightly damp skin, then follow with your preferred Naetal Butter to lock in hydration.

Baby Butter is our most gentle and protective formula, created for delicate baby skin and anyone with extra dry, sensitive, or irritation-prone skin. It is unscented, with a naturally subtle aroma from our calendula-infused jojoba oil and chamomile-infused wheat germ oil. Its rich, nourishing texture helps provide long-lasting moisture and comfort for sensitive skin.

Belly Butter is specially formulated for pregnancy and postpartum skin. It features argan oil infused with gotu kola, a botanical traditionally used to support skin nourishment and elasticity. It has a naturally uplifting, light scent from orange peel essential oil and a rich, buttery texture designed to deeply moisturize growing bellies and areas experiencing dryness or tightness.

Everyday Butter is our lighter, everyday moisturizer designed for the whole family. It has a softer, creamier texture compared to Baby Butter and Belly Butter, making it easy to apply from head to toe. It is formulated with chamomile-infused sunflower seed oil and has a gentle, calming scent from lavender essential oil, perfect for daily hydration and skin nourishment.

All three formulas are made in small batches with carefully selected botanical ingredients and are free from synthetic fragrances.

All our products are crafted, designed, sourced and made locally in BC Canada.  

We infuse our oils directly with botanicals over a 12 hour process, resulting in more concentrated formulations without potential fillers from using commercially available extracts and essences.

Our products are made with non-comedogenic, skin-loving ingredients that help soothe, nourish, and support compromised or sensitive skin without clogging pores. Whether you're dealing with facial dryness, eczema, irritation, redness, or rough patches, our formulas can be used wherever your skin needs extra care.

The Original Serum is gentle enough for babies and is formulated to help soothe and hydrate dry, irritated, and sensitive skin. It can be used by the whole family, from babies to adults.

For extra nourishment and long-lasting moisture, we recommend pairing the Original Serum followed by Baby Butter to help lock in hydration and support the skin barrier. Together, they create the perfect routine for keeping delicate skin soft, calm, and well moisturized.

Every skin journey is unique, so results can vary depending on your skin type and the severity of your concerns. Many customers experience relief from dryness, itchiness, or irritation after the first application, while others notice gradual improvements with consistent use over several days or weeks.

For best results, apply generously and consistently as needed to help nourish, soothe, and support your skin barrier over time.

As with any new skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before first use, especially if you have very sensitive or allergy-prone skin.  If your symptoms are severe, persistent, or worsening, please consult your healthcare provider or dermatologist.

Full size butters (70g) can last 3-6 months, dependent on frequency and amount of usage. 

Original serum can last 2-6 months depending on the amount being applied each time.   

Squalane + Rosehip Oil can last 3-6 months, dependent on how often and how much is being used.

Oat & Lavender / Calendula bath can be enjoyed up to 8 uses with our reusable muslin bags.

Mama postpartum herbal bath can be used up to 6 times times, dependent on the area of use. It comes in 6 disposable herbal pouches.

Our butters use a mess-free rollup polypropylene tubes that are recyclable. 

Our serum and oil use a glass bottle with recyclable plastic pump/ dropper that can all be recyclable.

Our baths are packaged in kraft material with plastic window. Please recycle these flexible-plastic packaging at drop-off depot.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, we highly recommend ordering a trial kit or visiting one of our retail partners to try our products in person before purchasing. Please also review the full ingredient list of your product carefully, as every ingredient is intentionally selected to support and soothe sensitive skin.

Before full use, we suggest doing a patch test by applying a small amount to the wrist or below the jawline. Allow 10–15 minutes to observe for any reaction.

As our products are made for personal use and due to sanitary considerations, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on online orders.
